Outlook Market Research and Consulting Limited is a privately owned Canadian consulting company specializing in Economic Development research, planning, and marketing.
Outlook was founded in 1997 by Mark Baxter, B.A. (Hons.), B.Comm.(Hons.). While we began as a general services market research firm, our specialty and our passion is the field of Economic Development.
We pride ourselves in assisting communities, regions, and associations in developing and implementing strategically targeted initiatives to build and retain greater economic development. We offer a numbers of services to this end:
- RESEARCH: We offer a full range of quantitative and qualitative research services from focus groups to phone surveys to in-depth interviewing.
- MARKETING: Our marketing consulting is includes branding services, strategic market planning, graphic design, and general consulting.
- SPECIAL STUDIES: We have conducted numerous Special Studies & Analysis projects that range from business case development to feasibility studies
- GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE: We have helped raise thousands of dollars for clients through our expertise with Government programs such as the Community Investment Support Program (CISP)
- TECHNICAL CONSULTING: In addition we have a highly experiences technical team that develops web pages, marketing materials and handles complex technical consulting projects.
- SEMINAR DEVELOPMENT: A staple of our business for the last decade has been seminar/course development and delivery. We have engaged in numerous seminars and speaking engagements for development agencies.
